About

The kind of care your pet deserves.

Every pet deserves someone who looks after them like family. That's what we set out to do — proper attention, real affection, and the kind of care that turns a visit into something your pet looks forward to. Animal lovers through and through, and serious about doing this properly.

Small things matter. Topping up the water bowl. Locking up before we leave. Putting the toy back where you left it. The kind of attention to detail you'd want from someone walking into your home.

What people say.

Four Paws did a wonderful job of looking after Bailey while we were away on holidays. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing that he was in great hands.

Tara loves her walks with Leisa. It's the highlight of her day.

D
Dennis Padstow · Dog walking

It was great to receive daily updates from Four Paws Collective while we were away on holidays. Miss Clara was certainly spoiled with attention and we will absolutely be booking again when we are next away.

FAQ

Things people ask.

Send a message via the contact section below — phone, SMS, or email all work. For new clients we always start with a free 20-minute meet-and-greet so your pet can sniff us out and you can ask everything you need to.

We don't operate on public holidays. Please plan ahead for Easter, Christmas, Australia Day, ANZAC Day, and other peak times — cover is in high demand and we want to give you a clear yes or no early.

Whatever works for you: spare key in a lockbox, key handover, or smart lock code. Keys are stored without your address attached and returned at any time. We're fully insured against any loss or damage.

You provide your vet's details and an emergency contact at the meet-and-greet. If anything looks off, we call you first. If you're unreachable and it's urgent, we take your pet to your vet (or the nearest 24hr emergency vet) and cover the cost until you can reimburse.

Yes — fully insured with $5m public liability cover. Happy to send the certificate of currency on request.

Bank transfer or PayID after each visit (or weekly for regulars). 24 hours' notice for cancellations — anything inside 24 hours is charged at 50%, day-of at 100%. We try to be reasonable about genuine emergencies.

Cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs, and most small pets — yes. Reptiles and fish — happy to top up food and water, but we're not the right people for medical care. Just ask.
